Job Summary: FLAVORx is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the healthcare industry. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Dynamics CRM Administrator and IT Support Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain our Dynamics CRM system, write SQL queries in SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), write basic JavaScript code, manage database entries, and provide troubleshooting for generic on-site IT issues. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to kick-start their career in the field of CRM development and IT support.
Required Skills:
- Collaborate with the development team to customize and maintain the Dynamics CRM system to meet business requirements.
- Assist in managing database entries, including account merging, data cleanups, and uploading bulk forms in XML format.
- Perform regular data quality checks and contribute to maintaining accurate and consistent data within the CRM system.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting support for generic IT issues, including software installations, network connectivity problems, and system configurations.
- Investigate and resolve CRM-related issues reported by end-users, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
- Participate in system testing, bug identification, and propose appropriate solutions to enhance system performance.
Preferred Skills:
- Write SQL queries in SSMS to retrieve, manipulate, and update data in our Portal database.
- Develop basic JavaScript code to enhance CRM functionality and create custom workflows, forms, and scripts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide technical solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest CRM trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the CRM system and support services.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong passion for CRM development and IT support, with a desire to learn and grow in these areas.
- Exposure to JavaScript programming, either through coursework or personal projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
