Position Summary:
Kailani Tours Hawaii is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Kailua-Kona. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our luxury tourism marketing efforts. Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Kailani Tours Hawaii as a premier luxury tourism destination.
2. Support the coordination and management of marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
3. Collaborate with outsourced contractors and suppliers, such as graphic designers, photographers, and content writers, to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
4. Conduct market research and analysis to gather insights and assist in identifying trends, target audiences, and competitive positioning.
5. Assist in the management of the company's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
6. Contribute to the creation and production of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, website content, and promotional videos.
7. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance metrics, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.
8. Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in luxury tourism marketing, sharing insights with the team.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, to support marketing initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
Required Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (1-3 years) in marketing coordination or a similar role.
3. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
6. Basic understanding of marketing analytics and the ability to analyze data to derive meaningful insights.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate across departments.
8. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
9. Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Recommended Skills:
1. Familiarity with luxury brands or experience in the luxury tourism industry.
2. Knowledge of the Hawaiian tourism industry and its unique market dynamics.
3. Basic graphic design skills and experience with design software.
4. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
5. Experience with website management platforms, such as WordPress or Drupal.
Job Requirements:
1. Ability to work from our Kailua-Kona office.
2. Flexibility to work 40-50 hours per week, including occasional evenings and weekends.
3. Willingness to assist in occasional travel for industry conferences and trade shows.
4. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

POSITION SUMMARY:
● 70% Project Coodination – Understanding each aspect of the marketing branch of our sales team is essential for productive teamwork and meeting deadlines. Working with outsourced vendors, coordinating and fostering marketing relationships, and seeking new opportunities is what you will spend the majority of your time doing.
● 20% Hands-On Projects and Analytics - You'll be working with the sales team and the operations team to make sure that we have cohesive messaging throughout our marketing portfolio. Making sure that we are comprehensive and synchronized in our messaging on all marketing mediums from digital to print. Follow sales trends, Google Analytics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the return on investment.
● 10% Direct Marketing – Meeting with concierges, hotel managers, key vendor contacts, trade shows, and marketing conferences.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
