Right At Home is a small business, providing non-medical Home Healthcare, in Goodyear, AZ. We are professional, supportive, collaborative and our goal is to hire a full-time or part-time Bilingual Office Assistant/Bookkeeper. Primary responsibilities include using various software tools including Quickbooks and scheduling software. This role will also assist Manager with various projects. We would be happy to teach and train a dependable and enthusiastic candidate with a background in bookkeeping in other areas where they have little or no experience.

The position primarily works in the office and the candidate would be based in Goodyear (Litchfield Rd/Van Buren) Monday to Friday schedule. The office assistant/bookkeeper performs various activities related to the maintenance of associate and office records for company business. Answers the telephone. Assists in payroll, billing, and other clerical functions.
Required Qualifications/Skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, consistent, dependable, and honest
- Excellent telephone skills
- High School graduate or equivalent with two years of business experience
- Analytical / data-driven mindset; good with numbers and spreadsheets
- Optimistic and upbeat
- Comfortable working sometimes solo, interacting with other team members via in person, email, or chat.
- Read, write, speak, and understand English and Spanish as needed for the job
The Ideal Candidate Might Also Have:
- Experience with Quickbooks
- knowledge of common medical terminology
- Bookkeeping / finance / accounting background
- Experience in customer service
- Experience with Microsoft software (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Strong spreadsheet skills
- 1-2 years of proven experience
- Self-Starter comfortable working independently and demonstrating sound judgement
- Excellent attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
