Job Description
Our company needs a reliable, organized Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of running the business. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and excellent customer/vendor-facing communication skills. If you have worked in a fast-paced office in the past and you enjoy establishing your own organizational systems, we’re excited to talk with you. This job does not normally require any overtime or weekend work. Working hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed. Job Experience Required Includes: Quickbooks Desktop, Microsoft Office (excel, word) Adobe Acrobat, Telephone Etiquette, Excellent Grammar, Spelling and Punctuation skills, Certified Payroll (experience not required, but beneficial)(includes on line DIR upload), Create, edit, and update spreadsheets (excel experience is a must), Answer four-line phone system and direct calls as required. Must be able to Multi-task, work under pressure and have Outgoing personality and get along well with other employees. Must have a clean driving record.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
