Job Description
The successful candidate will assist IT personnel with implementing new projects, repairs, and upgrades to serve a growing demand for integration. This person will also provide on-site support for all sites on campus.
Essential Functions:

Effectively pulling, terminating, and testing Cat5/6e network cable
Configuring, and installing wireless access points, security cameras, servers, and other relevant hardware
Daily review and email of audit reports to IT team
Monitor and report on all Network Traffic, confirm critical equipment status
Ability to use hand tools in safe and responsible manner
Document and validate checklists
Must be able to follow specific instructions

Essential Functions Necessary to Perform Job Duties

Ability to work comfortably at heights (up to 50 feet) and cold/hot temperatures (0 to 100+ degrees).
Sit and/or stand for long/short periods.
Maintain dependable work attendance and flexibility with assigned work schedules including any required evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Tolerate a fast-paced environment.
Report to work without being under the influence of drugs or smelling of alcohol.
Lift up to 50 pounds.
Education and Experience Requirements
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must possess valid Tennessee driver's license.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Must be authorized to work in US
Minimum 2 years IT technical training
CompTIA Network + Certified
