Job Description
The Dealership IT Specialist role is a vital addition to the team as they will be supporting the operational and inventory duties of the dealership. They will assist with inventory and operations, as well as provide great customer service to clients.

Dealership IT Specialist Responsibilities:
Log, investigate and solve technical issues
Document work performed using ticketing system
Manage IT asset procurement, deployment, and management
Install and configure new network devices when necessary
Perform hardware and software upgrades on end-user devices as well as IT infrastructure
Configure IT Security infrastructure (Firewalls, Anti Virus, SIEM, IDS and others as needed)
Diagnose and repair network issues (Wifi and wired) and run/repair cable if necessary
Dealership IT Specialist Requirements:
1+ years of help desk or related experience is recommended but not required
Professionalism and strong communication skills
Ability to work with all levels and varying positions of staff
Multitasking skills
Attention for detail
