SPG International is a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of storage products and material handling equipment for a diverse range of commercial markets from foodservice to grocery, healthcare to industrial. The company engineers solutions with a broad range of mediums including steel, wire, aluminum, stainless steel and plastic.
JOB TITLE – Marketing Manager
Position Summary:
Position is responsible for managing the development and implementation of various marketing programs.
Essential Functions:
- Own the brand standards and style
– Project manage rebranding initiative
– Ensure compliance across all corporate and customer touchpoints
- Develop and implement robust marketing programs against key segments
– Content and calendar
- Website development and maintenance
- Inbound and direct (automation-enabled)
- Digital/ social/ mobile
- Trade shows and press
- Collateral and sales presentations
– Create standard presentation templates
– Manage and prioritize custom requests
– Track and measure results
- Partner with sales and reps to manage the sales funnel
- Serve as key daily point person with agency partners
- Manage the performance, development, and growth of the Marketing Coordinator
- Assist in evolving a marketing culture within the organization
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communications skills, both written and oral
- Ability to maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals and objectives
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Deep understanding of branding
- Strong experience with content development and technology/ automation enabled direct marketing programs
- Experience with trade shows and trade press
- Experience working with agency partners
- Ability to manage timelines, resources, and partners
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum Required Experience or Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- MBA preferred
- 8-+ years marketing experience (at least partly in a B2B environment)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
