Our Marketing Team is central to our business success – from building awareness of our brand, promoting our products and services to building upon our customer relationships. The Marketing Manager will be part of the team that translates the marketing vision into projects, action plans and campaigns for our products.
You will plan, create and manage marketing messaging/content across all touch points including Packaging, Sales Collateral, Product Data Sheets, Catalogs, Print Ads, Websites and Social Media. You will work cross-functionally with various teams, vendors, and partners globally to ensure that we are evolving the Brands to ensure we on trend or leading the industry.
In this role, you will develop campaigns to reach the Company’s customer pipeline, monitor and measure the performance and impact of campaigns, as well as oversee critical marketing projects to ensure the execution of both short-term and long-term marketing plans are effectively delivered.
What you will be doing
Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, aligning with overall company objectives and revenue targets.
Overseeing the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including website content, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and online advertising
Creating compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase product adoption, and generate leads.
Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales tools, including project catalogs, sales presentations and training materials; working collaboratively with the creative team and product team on all projects to evolve the category.
Developing packaging and marketing materials to support marketing efforts; working closely with the product management team to provide market insights and support the launch of new adhesive products.
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify key market trends, customer needs and product positioning opportunities; monitoring and analyzing campaign performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key industry influencers, trade associations, and strategic partners.
What you will bring along
Hold a Marketing or Business degree (or related field); MBA is a plus.
5+ years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, flooring industry a plus
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Your strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market research and data to drive actionable insights.
Experience developing marketing materials and product packaging.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business growth.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create persuasive marketing materials and present ideas effectively.
Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, and contact marketing; familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Note: This position is a hybrid role working 3 days on-site in our Corporate Headquarters in Boca Raton (FL) and 2 days remote; Candidate will need to reside locally.
