Job Description:
Job Summary:
The Marketing Communications Manager will support our remediation, class action and mass tort business units by driving communications plans to advance our strategic initiatives. This position will develop and execute all content marketing plans to drive brand awareness and support demand generation.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and execute multi-touch brand and lead generation campaigns that support our strategic business objectives & drive customers further down the funnel
Develop brand positioning for services & products that will resonate with target personas and further market penetration
Create content calendars for various types of content such as whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs, etc.
Develop content and communications with support from SMEs and your individual research and gained knowledge of the industry and segments
Develop and launch webinars featuring Epiq SME’s and guest panelists
Develop sales enablement tools and materials including PowerPoint presentations, brochures, and landing pages
Implement an organic & paid social media strategy that supports campaign and brand initiatives: including campaign development, content creation / writing copy, measurement of results working directly with our corporate digital marketing director
Promote content through appropriate social channels directly with our corporate social media manager
Track, monitor, report, and analyze campaign performance data for multiple channels to understand effectiveness and optimize for better results
Misc administration tasks to support sales team
Job Requirements:
7+ years of experience in communications or content marketing, preferably in the B2B space
5+ years of experience in technical writing
Experience in Legal or Financial Services industry preferred
Exceptional communication skills including verbal and writing, grammar, editing, and proofreading capabilities
Self-starter and ability to proactively anticipate needs, make recommendations, and maximize opportunities
Proficient with Microsoft products such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Not required but experience with Adobe products such as InDesign and Photoshop would be helpful
