Job Description
Atlanta IT Support Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an entry-level support engineer. As a managed service provider (MSP), we deliver IT services and support to our clients, and you will play a critical role in ensuring their technology runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop software
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and escalate customer requests to appropriate teams
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Work with senior engineers to develop and implement solutions to recurring issues
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Qualifications
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication ability
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Basic understanding of computer systems and networks
- Good experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Knowledge of Support Ticketing Systems or RMM Solutions is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,500.00 per year
