Job Description
Value Store It, a rapidly growing management company in Fort Lauderdale, is seeking a committed administrative professional with a strong work ethic, to join our Accounting Department. This is an entry level, in-person bookkeeping position. You will be working in our corporate office, a highly professional, fast paced, and goal oriented environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
Ability to maintain high level of organization, quality, and attention to detail,
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree
Preferred but not required: 2-3 years of bookkeeping / QuickBooks / accounting experience (training provided for motivated professional)
Eagerness to continually train and grow
Duties And Responsibilities:
Support accounting department in full-spectrum property accounting & bookkeeping responsibilities:
Administrative responsibilities, document management, data entry
Processing invoices, payments, and vendor documentation
Bank and Credit Card accounts reconciliation
Financial reporting
