Job Title: Analyst
Department: Finance
Team: FP&A
Reports To: Senior Manager, FP&A
FLSA Status: Exempt
Supervisory Responsibility: No
Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, reporting, and tracking the companies accounts receivable balances including working with partners to submit disputes on unpaid accounts. The job is an entry level role with the opportunity to move up based on performance.
Essential Functions:
- Maintains accounts receivable tracking by provider to identify underpayment and dispute non-payments for orders and products sold
- Tracks order status’ and analyzes activation rates with various providers for ISG
- Loads data files from partners into ISG Data warehouse
- Build business cases and financial models to improve revenue growth and/or profitability
- Participate in special projects, ad hoc analysis, and perform additional responsibilities, as necessary
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Knowledge/Skill Requirements
- The will to learn, get better, and a passion for finance and analytics
- Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. PivotTable and VLOOKUP)
- Effectively prioritize tasks, work within tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced high-change environment
- Accurate with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills, challenges the status-quo, and seeks process improvement
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Personal Effectiveness/Credibility
Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of finance, accounting, or analytics experience required
Other Information:
Physical Requirements
- This is largely a sedentary role. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Work Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
- This is a full-time position headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida
- The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9-5 pm.
