We are currently in need of an experienced and ambitious Marketing Manager to support our multi-state portfolios. This position includes a competitive salary and benefits package. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for Reveler and Port Property. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and be able to develop creative and effective marketing campaigns that reach the firm's target audience.
Portfolio of Work Required:
As part of our evaluation process we will be requiring candidates who are selected for an interview to provide us with a portfolio of your work which showcases a previous marketing campaign(s) with at least 5 pieces of collateral that demonstrate your skills and expertise in the field. We are particularly interested in examples that show strategic thinking, creativity, analytical abilities, and a summary of results achieved.
- Once selected for an interview, you will be contacted by a member of the hiring team with details on portfolio submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for multi-family and commercial real estate development projects
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI
- Manage communication and document branding initiatives in tandem with third party marketing team
- Work with other departments and third party vendors to develop and implement marketing collateral, such as brochures, websites, and social media content
- Create and manage marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, public relations, and event planning
- Track and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on trends in real estate marketing and technology
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of social media environments and demonstrated ability to manage a well-established and large social media presence with a focus on public relations and reputation management
- Assist with creation of copy, photography, and video as needed
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
- Develop templates for resident communications to ensure consistency across portfolios
- Work with operations and property management teams to develop and meet objectives for all public-facing communications across all channels
- Develop and manage content and updates for website and various social media platforms
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results to leadership team and staff
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Oversee, quality-control and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and other products as needed
- Monitor industry trends to identify potential new opportunities for the company and represent the firm at industry events and networking opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Experience with a variety of marketing channels, including paid advertising, public relations, and event planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite including PowerPoint and Adobe Creative platform including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
