Sales Operations Lead

Summary:
The Sales Operations Lead - CRM will report to the Sr. Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Sales Operations along with dotted line responsibilities to the Chief Revenue Officer. This individual will oversee the day-to-day operation of the CRM application, which is critical to overall sales functions. This individual works with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform to achieve business goals and enable users to get the most out of the CRM technology. The Senior Manager of Sales Operations - CRM will also be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Assist in the re-launch of local CRM platform aligning to stakeholder needs and ensuring a positive, rewarding experience for sales team members
· Maintaining and updating data in the CRM system to ensure accurate records of customer information
· Organizing and updating customer databases that contain information such as contact details, purchase history, and preferences
· Providing support for sales activities by creating reports on lead conversion rates and contacting potential clients to set up appointments for sales staff
· Creating training materials for new hires about company products and policies
· Work closely with Metro One LPSG sales and marketing leadership to define and document opportunities to enhance the platform and its integrated systems
· Developing reports that track customer activity over time to identify trends in behavior or needs that may indicate opportunities for improvement
· Implement CRM configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
· Creating and maintaining a Social Media Marketing editorial calendar, with targeted topics outlined for different dates, as well as a plan for where and how that content will be shared
· Compiling and uploading content, then tracking its performance across the many different Social Media networks, and the wider web (via forums, social bookmarking sites, etc.)
· Track and measure performance of all branded channels, including at least Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Reddit, etc.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of experience working with a CRM System
· 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales administration
· Strong working knowledge of CRM software (Insightly) preferred
· Prior experience in security or related field preferred
· Exceptional time management skills
· Experience with data cleansing and data management
· Analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
· Self-starter, multitasker who works well under pressure, and follows through on tasks
· Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process and continuously meet any applicable state, county and municipal requirements.
