Job Description:
We are looking for a Manager/Associate Manager of Integration and Enablement to support our Enterprise Marketing and digital transformation initiative. Reporting to the Senior Director of Performance Marketing and Analytics, you will play a critical role in delivering marketing automation, data enablement, governance and integration work streams for enterprise marketing including tag management, database management and governance, martech/adtech enablement and Integration.
In this role, you will help drive all things related to the consistent collection and enablement of useful data and its integration into campaign activation and measurement frameworks.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent technical and interpersonal skills, especially in data enablement and marketing/advertising technology implementations related to marketing performance.
You must have a keen understanding of digital data, marketing technology, the process of developing and cultivating leads, and ensuring data measurement is enabled and integrated allowing for the deployment of practical campaigns and initiatives to help evolve our best-in-class performance marketing practice.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Performance Marketing and Analytics peers to ensure campaigns and marketing Initiatives are trackable, integrated and practical with optimization functionality in mind.
Help structure, collect and measure omni-channel campaign performance in partnership with other team members, cross functional teams and leadership.
Coordinate anonymization and PII regulations with Data Architecture.
Serve as a point of contact for vendor and partner data enablement and collection questions/concerns.
Primary QA for data outputs related to key proofs of conctpts and data enablement Initiatives.
Work alongside our partner agencies to ensure accurate, integrated and standard data enablement is present for key campaigns and Initiatives.
Provide daily communications and serve as a liaison between internal teams on the projects, procurement, brands and vendors related to martech/adtech and data enablement as well as Integrations.
Support the implementation of integrated multi-channel campaign data collection and for measurable deployment and reporting.
Collaborate closely with the Leads Generation Team, Brand Teams, Integrated Services and Agency partners to evolve data collection and integration capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three to five years of relevant business experience in marketing attribution, marketing automation, data enablement, digital marketing or related field.
Must have at least 2 years of management experience, including demonstrated ability leading groups of people with varying responsibilities.
Proven analytical experience and utilization of marketing data and tech reporting systems.
Demonstrated ability to translate measurement and activation needs into an executable and operational framework for timely and accurate enablement.
Familiarity with data enablement, onboarding, data management and processing across multiple sources including tag management (pixel and server side), API’s, various data extracts and other industry standard data sources desired.
Familiarity with digital measurement tool enablement such as, Adobe Analytics, GA4/GA360, Amplitude or other digital advertising/experience measurement tools required.
Strong familiarity with media measurement technology and data enablement via pixels, conversion API's and other solutions required.
Working knowledge of key martech and adtech systems such as DSP’s, DCO’s CDP’s, DMP’s, CRM’s, Marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Tealium, Google Marketing cloud highly preferred.
Strong familiarity with Tag management solutions such as Adobe Launch, Tealium IQ, Google Tag Manager (GTM) highly preferred.
Experience with database creations, ERP design, and Microsoft Power BI, Tableau or other business intelligence tools a plus.
Experience with data cloud solutions and query languages such as Google BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Databricks would be preferred but not required.
Familiarity with technical coding languages such as JavaScript, SQL, python, etc. preferred.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of systems.
Expert in creating data and measurement frameworks from scratch.
Experience in a project management methodology (agile, waterfall etc.) is required.
Good communication skills required with ability to translate business needs Into technical requirements and documentation.
Familiarity with confluence/JIRA preferred.
Ability to write and implement test plans from business requirements.
Ability to work with developers and business analysts to understand business rules and communicate defects.
Experience structuring data enablement for building of enterprise level shared dashboards a plus.

Compensation Range:
$120,000 - $170,000; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
