Permit and Compliance Administration (Remote +60%traveling)
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour - Permanent/Full time position

Summary of Responsibilities:
- Work directly with Permit Department Supervisors
- Reporting to the State Manager, the primary objective of this position is to support the California team operations by applying for, following up on and picking up permits.
General Duties:
- Heavy use of our portal and several city websites to obtain permits
- Work directly with our Permit team daily to coordinate jobs, needs and tasks using frequent, clear and concise communication
- Maintain consistent service levels to each of our contractors by answering requests with urgency, empathy and accuracy.
- Offer administrative support as needed, including (but not limited to) driving to pick up or pay for permits in multiple locations using a company vehicle, answer phones, mail permits, send emails, conduct necessary research to obtain permits
- Organize and file digital and physical documents, and various reports
- Maintain consistent and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health and safety guidelines
- Answer all emails and correspondence with urgency
- Attend and participate in monthly or weekly meetings
- Willing to cross-train in other departments as needed
- Ability to take and give constructive feedback
