Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:
As the main point of contact for local customers in a small office, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in scheduling quartz slab viewing appointments and facilitate walk-in quartz slab viewings while collaborating and effectively working cross functionally with Operations, Sales, and Accounting. Secondary responsibility will be to process customer orders as needed in Epicor P21 and Salesforce. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting customer payments, following up on open receivables, and providing real-time and accurate information about product availability and order status. Appropriately identify and escalate customer issues when necessary. Additionally, you will act as a backup Customer Service Representative (CSR) for the other five (5) US locations, as needed.
The successful candidate should have an outgoing personality, perseverance, outstanding communication skills, ability to multi-task, self-reliance, and great time management skills.

A high degree of experience and comfort with computer software, along with the ability to navigate in a multi-window based environment
Attention to details, establish priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a small office with a remote team
Sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities

Required Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma, some college (preferred)
Two (2) or more years of prior receptionist, office assistant or customer service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce (preferred), and comfortable navigating computer software
Positive and self-motivated individual who can work independently
