Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing all mass retail pick/pack and kitting operations. The Mas Retail Pick/Pack Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe and best-practices of the mass retail pick/pack and kitting lines and optimising workflow processes. The manager is responsible for all mass retail inventory within the facility and the planning and execution of orders.
This role must be able to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as required by the needs of the business.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversees Mass Retail pick/pack and kitting operations, plans, directs and establishes priorities, and ensures safety as
- Hands on leadership and mentorship, working daily in warehouse operations understanding process flow and supporting team growth and efficiencies.
- Oversees the management of the Mass Retail (Pick/Pack) team of pick pack and kitting associates, managing and motivating personnel to achieve their goals.
- Supports staff, when required including working on the line, or any activities as required to ensure team goals are met.
- Assist in the development and implementation processes and procedures to align with the initiatives and goals set forth by the company.
- Examines existing procedures or opportunities for streamlining activities to meet customer needs
- Manages the release of Mass Retail distribution and kitting orders based on forecast
- Plan weekly shipments within the distribution and planning systems
- Manages inbound performance cycle
- Direct the movement, storage, or processing of Mass Retail inventory to ensure a cost-effective flow of activities.
- Develops and implements schedules and procedures
- Allocates resources to meet targets in areas such as transit and delivery times; inventory levels; purchasing, warehousing and storage costs
- Liaises with functional and operations managers to ensure supply activities are integrated with other parts of the business, as applicable
- Coordinates with cross functional teams to solve abnormal fulfilment issues in a timely manner
- Establishes and continuously improves SOPs of our fulfilment department
- Anticipates and solves problems within workflow
- Trains and supervises staff members to ensure that they run operations according to SOPs
- Identifies key performance indicators (KPIs) of fulfilment operations and achieve KPI goals
- Establishes, follows, and enforces safety standards and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements

Minimum Educational Qualifications:
- High school or GED required, Associate’s degree, preferred
- 5 years of supervisory, management and leadership experience in an industrial logistics, warehouse environment
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Strong organization and prioritizing skills and ability to simultaneously perform multiple tasks.
- The ability to make decisions, problem solve, and direct the workforce in an ever-changing, warehouse environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication skills, analytical ability, integrity, initiative, and excellent customer relationship skills.
- Proven track record of process improvements
- Proven track record in supervision, training, coaching, mentoring and managing warehouse employees including hiring, training, retaining and termination.
- Operate forklift and scissors lift
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, lift, bend, kneel, stand for long periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
