This department will transition to Grenada. For this reason, we are looking for candidates who would like to start their career with Milwaukee Tool in Greenwood, MS and be part of this exciting transition in the near future!

The Order Entry clerk I is responsible for receiving, entering, and shipping customer orders. The primary duties and responsibilities will be to perform work in accordance to the essential job activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Receive, enter and process customer orders
Process scrap orders
Disposition and distribution of denied warranties and customer approved orders
Daily log updates
Production reporting
Assist with training as needed
Identify, assist, and troubleshoot with technicians, management and customers with order investigations as needed
FDX Shipping
Sort and distribute incoming product
Ship confirmation of orders
Assist with denied warranties as needed
Practice 5S and safety
Take appropriate corrective action for continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction
Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned, including working other shifts as needed
Physical Demands

Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
Education and Experience Requirements:
High School or GED diploma required
Experience in shipping and receiving required (prefer experience in manufacturing)
Basic math skill and computer skills required
Excellent 10 key and typing skills
