Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of master data elements.
Verify the accuracy of data entered in the system.
Enter data into the system according to established procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Train new employees of data entry procedures.
Update job knowledge as needed.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
AUTHORITY:
All personnel are responsible for quality and therefore have the authority to stop production, if necessary to correct quality problems.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Able to enter data quickly and accurately.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office including Excel.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and efficient.
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE:
1+ year relevant work experience.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to sit and keyboard most of shift.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or GED.
