Job Description
Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Customer Service professional to join our Sales team at Questech. This role will be responsible for providing ongoing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring that customer service processes and systems meet company and customer needs. Generate various sales and customer reports as requested.
Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor
Major Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls, address customer needs and issues, and resolve problems.
- Data Entry
- Provide support to customers, including sales and external customers, by answering questions about the sales process.
- Ensure that order requests are administered correctly and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all acknowledgments, receipts, entry orders, shipping notifications, and other order/customer service processes and procedures are followed according to standard procedures.

Minimum Requirements:
· Education – Minimum of College Associates Degree or Equivalent Experience
· Preferred Experience – administrative support in a customer-oriented environment; customer interaction via phone, internet, and correspondence. Sales, sales support, or customer service background.

Programs & Software:
· Customer Relationship Management Software, and D-base programs.
· Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite; MS Outlook, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Netsuite ERP systems experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
