Job Description
VSC Fire and Security, a leading fire protection and life safety system contractor, is seeking qualified candidates for an Administrative Assistant in Jonesboro, AR.
Responsibilities include scheduling work for field crews, answering multi-line phone system, and various other administrative duties. Will serve as backup for another assistant as well.
The successful candidate must have the following skills: detail-oriented, advanced computer skills (Word/Excel/ Outlook), ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and must be self-motivated. Construction experience is a plus.
