Position Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Manager for a meat processing plant in Hawaii, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share. Your role will involve managing sales representatives and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful product promotion, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence for the meat processing plant.
2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use this information to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
3. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team sales objectives. Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.

10. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effective strategies are implemented.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the meat processing or food service industry or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
