Job Description
As a contractor of Prioritized Medical Records, we are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has time management skills, and a desire to succeed. Our company focuses on the entire medical records retrieval process. We work alongside attorneys and medical providers to ensure continuity of care and accurate, timely retrieval.
This position requires in-person training but will be remote after. This could be an excellent opportunity for those who need more flexibility and the ability to work virtually. Our business hours range from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, Mondays through Thursdays. We offer our contractors the chance to create a schedule that works best for them as long as it is within our business hours.
Responsibilities
-Request medical records from local medical facilities.
-Make follow-up calls on medical record requests.
-Maintain and organize online database.
-Email and fax medical and legal documents.
-Ensure medical records are organized, accurate, and complete.
Qualifications
-High School Diploma
-Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Dropbox, Google Drive
-Microsoft Excel Skills
-Digital Literacy
-Efficient Communication
-Previous healthcare experience \*preferred
-Previous admin experience \*preferred
