Job Description
Hi, I'm Greg Thomas, the General Manager at the company. Thanks for taking the time to consider this opportunity with Capital Tile & Marble. I want to take a few moments to tell you a little about us and then I’ll summarize who/what we’re looking for, what we have to offer and the benefits.
Have you ever worked at a company and felt invisible or disconnected; like just another “number” with no advancement opportunities or not having your thoughts and ideas heard or considered by management? Me too. It kind of feels like you are spinning your career wheels. Capital Tile & Marble is not that company. We approach our “family” of co-workers, customers, and suppliers differently. We regard our staff as Craftsmen and skilled Tradespeople, not “laborers”. I’ve worked here for over 14 years and feel I am part of great company and am privileged to work with great people. We consider everyone who interfaces with our company to be a stakeholder and we treat them as such. Are you tired of “jobs” and are looking for a career?
Capital Tile & Marble is dedicated to training new up and coming tile setters and can help you achieve the career goals you are striving for.
