Job Description
AROCAM Sports is a leader in the direct-to-consumer youth sports uniforms and equipment space. Our suite of brands compliment and align with one another to service a growing US youth sports marketplace.
Job Purpose
This position will provide support within our IT Department. The primary role will be reviewing the accuracy of the data to ensure it is formatted correctly into our system.
Must be organized, ability to be self-directed, and an eagerness to work in a team environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Catalog accuracy- ensures item profiles are set up and maintained correctly
· Purchase Order processing- ensures orders are accurate at SKU and pricing level
· Sales Order processing- ensures order processing is managed efficiently and without errors
· Inventory transfers between systems
· Preparing reports summarizing data entry information
· Coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure orders and information are accurate
· Ad hoc projects as directed by Manager
Qualifications:
· BA or work equivalent
· 2-3 years of relevant work experience
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent collaboration skills
· Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
