Job Description
The Corporate Travel Team Manager embodies FROSCH Core Values at all times: Respect, Integrity, Excellence, Communication, Commitment and Delivering the Unexpected. Manages corporate team members ensuring proper workload distribution and quality assurance per FROSCH standards and will manage and complete travel arrangements for clients when needed. Provides back-office support for various systems and assists on leadership projects and incentives while providing supervision and mentorship to Corporate Travel Consultants.
Job Responsibilities:
Administrative: conducting reviews, approving timesheets, updating reports, reviewing new accounts and account profiles, and monitoring new team members' bookings
Provide full service travel arrangements for clientele when call volume and workload necessitates it
Monitor all technology mediums to ensure travel arrangements are managed and completed in a timely manner and follow FROSCH standards; ensure Sabre GDS (Global Distribution System) queues are worked properly to verify correct records processing and ticketing and queue count
Communicate, on a daily basis, break schedules, operational changes, account notifications, expectations, and so on to team members
Provide mentoring and assistance with PNR (Passenger Name Record), Quality Control (QC), ticketing, and technical issues to team members promptly
Collaborate with Finance Team to track and review team performance and profitability
Readily available during off hours for client calls, implementation calls, and escalations from assigned agent team, after hours, or leadership
Champion best in class customer service
Aid in the resolution of customer service issues and debit memos
Project positive attitude with high energy, diplomacy, and creativity in work strategies
Facilitate team member and client support with a high degree of initiative, confidentiality, and professional demeanor
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Prior experience managing and completing travel arrangements in travel agent role or equivalent role is required
Recent, native proficiency in Sabre GDS with the ability to schedule international and domestic travel, set up PNRs, ticket, and exchange tickets
Minimum High School Diploma, General Educational Diploma (GED), or equivalent

Strong leadership skills that includes recent, successful experience managing a team
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Highly detail oriented and strong organization skills, including prioritization and time management
Strong communication skills including listening, verbal and written communication
Very strong collaborative skills with a keen willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
