Job Title: Data Entry Specialist - Service Team
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Friday
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering invoices into our system and maintaining accurate records. The candidate will perform multiple different data entry tasks that support our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter invoices into our system in a timely manner
Create part numbers
Enter part numbers, item receipts, bills
Verify data entered against source documents
Ensure all required information is entered and accurate
Resolve discrepancies and errors in data
Maintain up-to-date and organized records
Enter service parts inventory (semi-annually)
Answers phones & process credit cards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in data entry, with a focus on invoices preferred
Strong attention to detail
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
