ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Leasing and Marketing
Performs all aspects of an apartment lease, from initial contact to demonstration of apartment, closing and follow-up
Prepares and executes leases in accordance with J.C. Hart’s Community standards and regulations. Collect all fees and security deposits
Assists Community Manager with Resident files in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
Assists with creating weekly and monthly reports and future projections.
Assists with handling Resident service requests, feedback and conflict, functions, renewals, newsletters, birthdays, etc.
Assists Manager with marketing responsibilities (RAW, signage, outreach, social media, etc.)
Day to Day Operations and Other
Acts as Community Manager in the absence of the Community Manager
Encourages development of other Leasing Associates. Ability to mentor
Assists the Community Manager in tracking sales goals, availability and pricing along with impact on occupancy and Net Operating Income
Manages payments and delinquencies effectively and in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures
Exceptional Customer Experience
Delivers an exceptional customer experience, both internally and externally, as defined in our Company’s Engaging Vision of Customer Service
Establishes rapport with Residents and provides personalized service
