About the job
Come work at our prestigious and fast-growing aesthetics practice in North Atlanta! We're looking for a Medical Assistant to help in all phases of the clinical practice, as well as marketing and media.
This role would be primarily responsible for supporting our clinical office, nurses, and doctor in creating an amazing experience for our patients. Also, you would be responsible for assisting in creating and posting social media content. Other responsibilities are in support of the full team and practice.

Job Requirements
- Create trusting relationships with patients
- Take responsibility for accurate photos of patients before and after their treatment
- Help with scribing and documentation for our doctor, physician assistant, and nurse injectors
- Record and observe surgical procedures and patient interactions throughout the day
- Record and capture engaging videos and photos to create a library of content for marketing purposes
- Assist in video/photo editing, closed captioning, and creating visuals/graphics for marketing team
- Return equipment and supplies to proper place and prepare OR/exam rooms for next case
- Clean and stock exam rooms and operating room effectively and efficiently.
- Assist nursing staff, reception staff, marketing staff, and the surgeon in all day-to-day operations
- Function well as part of a team
- Professional presentation and excellent communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to respond well to supervision and work independently with minimal direction and appropriate collaboration when required
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to new roles

Location:
Alpharetta with the expectation to be in the office each day, with the occasional Saturday during the year for patients, team building and training.
Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $37,500.00 per year
