$15.00/hr on W2
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
- Candidate must have the ability to learn quickly and can handle a changing environment where there’s a need to multitask and priorities may shift throughout the day.
- Ability to remain calm and effective during stressful situations.
Be the liaison between the production lines and front office by walking back and forth providing updates, paperwork, and gathering information.
- Work with engineering team, production floor, and purchasing for ETAs of materials, rescheduling orders/cancelling/placing on hold as needed, and processing ship shorts.
- Gather information to accurately update data trackers and run basic reports, as needed.
- Partner with the Customer Service Representatives to help the team with multiple tasks, including answering emails.
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office products and spreadsheets is essential.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution with 3 years of experience in customer service/order management OR an Associate’s degree in business administration, office administration
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; reach at or above shoulder level; grip; and use hands to handle and feel. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to listen and to talk.
