THE ROLE:
This role will assist the Sales Operations team in developing scalable and cross-functional data solutions that integrate large volumes of data into the existing data warehouse and SFDC environments.
This role will optimize technical data processes to improve the efficiency of the Sales Operations team. This role will implement strong data integrity and data quality methodologies to ensure that utilized data is accurate, clean, and easy for other teams to retrieve and analyze.
Organization and attention to detail are key in this role, as is the ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively. Experience in a startup environment will serve you well, as you will be required to take on a variety of projects at a fast pace. You are looking to expand your analytical and systems portfolio and are passionate about enabling your team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain, upgrade, and optimize existing sales operations data processes to ensure constant business operation
Provide inter-departmental assistance to refine other data processes within the Sales Operations function
Ensure data integrity and quality to all utilized sales and business data by proactively improving QA reporting and auditing methods
Perform monthly reporting, audits, and analysis of sales territory data in SFDC and other data warehouse environments
Promote best data practices, methodologies, and processes to various stakeholders across multiple departments
Document and communicate new or amended data handling processes and validate process improvements to affected stakeholders
Serve as a liaison for Sales Operations from a data standpoint on cross-functional business solution projects

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: (“Must have” Qualifications)
2+ years relevant experience in analytics, data science, and/or data integration.
Strong data quality and data management experience.
The ability to think globally and strategically.
Can prioritize tasks efficiently & solve problems independently.
High degree of attention to detail.
Solid understanding of sales and business processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication; you are comfortable making recommendations to sales leadership.
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships with other departments.
A good sense of humor.
Strong experience in Excel; SQL and technical aspects of data is a nice to have
Experienced with Salesforce a plus
