Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
PLEASE NOTE: This is a grant funded position.
Assists in the daily operation of the department by performing secretarial, receptionist, financial, ordering and general clerical duties,
FINANCIAL
Prepares and process billing
Responsible for collecting proper data to insure payment for services through CP&P billing system
Responsible for identifying, collecting and reconciling CP&P k-100 payments
FILING
Maintains departmental filing system
REGISTRATION
Complete and handle all registrations in accordance with the registration policy
Obtain all required information in order to accurately complete registration
MAIL
Open incoming mail, screen for priority items and facilitate timely referral of issues to appropriate parties as instructed
Performs all other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Three to five years office experience preferred
Organizational and communication skills required
Strong Computer Skills
Data Entry Experience
