The hotel is close to the Orange County Convention Center North/South expansion and the Orlando International Airport. All of Orlando’s best attractions, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues are within a short distance of its ideal location.
Provide outstanding guest service by serving food and beverage to restaurant guests, pre-setting the restaurant, maintaining side work stations, clearing tables during and after each meal, and properly storing equipment at the end of each shift
Courteously handle all guest requests based on Rosen Standards to ensure a pleasant dining experience
Minimum Requirements
Requires extensive walking, bending, talking, answering phone, lifting up to 50 lbs., cleaning, and food handling for the entire shift
Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and the general public
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of relevant experience
