Job Description
Looking for a Data Entry Specialist to take on the role as a Quality Coordinator Assistant for a Non-Profit organization located in Woodland Park, NJ!
Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you organized, efficient, and able to prioritize tasks effectively? Are you a problem solver? If so, you might just be perfect for our Quality Coordinator Assistant position!
Starts out part-time, 3 days per week and will move up to 5 days within 2 weeks if performing well!
As a Quality Coordinator Assistant, you will join our Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement team. Job duties include but are not limited to:
- You will gather, import, analyze, transform, validate or model data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data.
- You will also develop reports as needed to support our staff.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies and tools, you will also monitor and release data while ensuring we remain HIPAA compliant.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A QUALITY COORDINATOR ASSISTANT
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2+ years of related experience
- 1+ years of experience in using statistical tools
- MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Excel
- Reviewing Charts
- Excellent Communiation skills
- Problem Solver
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
