Excel Orthodontics is an orthodontics laboratory. We have been providing services to doctors’ in the dental and orthodontics field throughout the US since 1990.

We specialize in the creation of orthodontic appliances, such as invisible and acrylic retainers, splints, and mouthpieces, to name a few.
We successfully fulfill thousands of doctors’ orders annually, accomplished through our skilled technicians with over 100 years of combined experience, along with modern equipment and state-of-the-art technology.

What Next
We are currently reviewing resumes for a Data Entry/Receiving Tech. As a Data Entry/Receiving Tech, you will be responsible for supporting the lab in the areas of customer service and receiving duties, while also being responsible for scheduling UPS and receiving payments.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them via phone or in-person; answering or referring inquiries.
Provides ongoing support to clients through multiple channels, including order status inquiries, issues, and/or complaints, also responsible for escalating client issues as needed.
Receives incoming mail, and also sorts and distributes accordingly on an as-needed basis.
Responsible for mass scanning of all case documents, prescriptions, and modified preferences into DLCPM.
Processes all client pick-up requests by entering requests into DLCPM and dispatching drivers to client location for pick-up.
Responsible for receiving client payments and entering payments into the accounting system.
Responsible for unpacking all cases that are delivered on a daily basis and placed in appropriate pans for distribution.
Responsible for confirming each new case has been entered in DLCPM, accepting cases, and/or assigning cases.
Successfully manage daily digital case submissions through DLCPM, accepting new cases and distributing them to 3D or shelving for production within the lab.
Responsible for statement delivery via email or mail.
Responsible for ensuring that the front office is stocked with necessary supplies.
Supports the marketing and shipping department with miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Responsible for cross-training in the event of absences.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior customer service and/or administrative experience required.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software.
