Job Description
Position Summary:?Data Entry Specialist will update and maintain the company databases by collecting and entering data from various sources.
Duties and Responsibilities:?
Maintain database by entering new and updated information
Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
Review source documents for accuracy or deficiencies
Research and obtain additional information for incomplete documents
Identify and resolve any duplicated or incorrect data
Entry of W-9 and ACH information into databases
Scan and store documents as needed
Assist team with running ad hoc reports

Education and Work Experience:?
College degree preferred
Analytical, critical thinker
Previous experience entering and analyzing data
Highly detail oriented
