Job Description
Hagler Heating and Cooling, Ozark, AL. We are a professional HVAC contractor and a leader in HVAC service since 2000. We provide heating, cooling, furnace and air condition installation, repair and maintenance to residents of Ozark and the surround area.
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Specialist to join our team, someone with a passion for serving customers, stellar communications skills, and proven ability to multi-task in high-volume environments. This position supports the Service department and is the initial contact to our customers, and plays a vital role through providing administrative support.
Jot Title: Customer Service Specialist
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour with Benefits
Work Hours: Monday thru Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with occasional overtime

Primary Job Function: Answer incoming phones calls in addition to outbound calls. Scheduling preventative maintenance appointments, renewing maintenance contracts, scheduling return service calls and other general office duties. Maintain customer database with current information.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Pass background check and drug screen
2 + years related experience working in an office or in customer service, schedule coordinating, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Stellar customer service skills
Excellent and interpersonal communication skills
The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Well Organized
A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a huge part of the position
The ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracy
Data entry, filing, and other general office duties
Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
QuickBooks experience desired
