A reputable, ethical, and results-driven law firm in Boca Raton committed to representing accident, serious injury, and property damage victims in various states is in need of a Case Manager.
The firm was founded in the early 2000's and has since expanded to have offices in several states across the country. The firm specializes in representing clients who have been injured in accidents, including car accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and wrongful death cases.
With a team of nearly 100 attorneys, they have the experience and expertise to achieve the most favorable outcome for clients. The firm has received numerous awards and recognitions for their legal services!
Position: Case Manager
Location: Boca Raton, FL
Full Time: Yes
Salary range: $16-17 hourly
Position Summary:
Case Managers will work directly with clients, third parties, providers, and insurance companies. They should be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. They are responsible for handling fact-finding projects and gathering and organizing documents and information. Our caseload is growing and the ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, responsible, and committed to helping us meet our clients’ needs. Essential Job Functions:
- Perform data entry duties
- Gather information and documents from clients and other sources
- Handle incoming calls and other communication interaction with clients and third parties
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients
- Maintain and organize electronic case files
- Perform additional duties as required by the Case Manager Supervisor.
Experience/Requirements:
- Full-time, 8:00am to 5:00pm, M-F
- Ability to speak clearly on the phone required
- Strong customer service skills
- Legal experience including experience with clients preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently
- Possess excellent organization skills and be able to multitask and prioritize workload
