TierFive Imaging provides secure Document Scanning and Records Management Services (We securely convert clients paper records, microfilm and large format engineering drawings into digitally scanned .pdf files) We scan everything from movie scripts, mortgage files, healthcare, fortune 100 HR records, and government financials to educational transcripts. Who we need:
This position is for an 11:30am to 8:00pm shift. We are looking for a Document Processor/ Data Entry person who is quick, precise, can adapt to an everchanging environment, is passionate about their work, & enjoys learning new skills. Do you demonstrate understanding for the importance and value of customers? Do you work independently with minimal supervision? Are you someone who understands the implortance of detail and accuracy? Are you someone who remains enthusiastic and energetic while doing whatever task is needing to be accomplished? Then this job may be for you!
We have a great team to support you and training will also be provided. You must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and management. We are looking for someone with at least 6 months of data entry experience & who is familiar with PC and Microsoft Office type software. Somone who must be able to maintain paper record sequence and order. The candidate must have the ability to work quietly at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
Job Responsibilities
- Data Entry.
- Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning by removing staples or clips, unfolding, taping any tares, organizing records.
- Review file integrity to ensure no required pages are missing.
- Properly apply barcodes, patch sheets labels to identify all files or documents.
- Scan hardcopy files to electronic images. Assuring a high-quality image.
- Perform secondary independent quality control function to verify that every image is an accurate representation of equal or better quality than the original.
- Perform accurate data entry by looking at image visually locating and then keying required information into the computer system. This is typically alphanumeric, date and names.
- Follow detailed training instructions and procedures provided for each unique project.
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Enter information regarding document productivity tracking into the computer system, or other data entry records required to calculate volumes, accuracy rates, deadlines, or status.
- Adhere to Imaging conversion Center guidelines of maintaining clean work environment.
- Other duties, as specified by Supervisor/Manager.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in reading, writing, & communicating in English.
- A minimum of six months of data entry experience.
- The ability to remove staples, sort, file and box records.
- must be able to adapt and change project assignments.
- This role is responsible specifically for their job assignments and the success of those assignments.
- This role is internal, not client facing and thus requires no or minimal external contact.
- The ability to provide supervisor with personal production updates and job specific questions/clarification.
Training/Education/Certificates
- High School Diploma
Other Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle to get to and from work.
- Candidate must successfully pass a FULL background check.
