Job Description
A small healthcare office looking for a part time bookkeeper. The individual must be friendly, reliable, punctual, able to take initiative, have strong computer skills, has positive attitude, pay attention to detail/detailed oriented, be able to multi-task, have an excellent work ethic, and efficient in all aspects of job requirements.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- General bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliations, P& L,Payroll, etc.
- Manage daily operations in Quickbooks, including reporting, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reconciliation, and best accounting practices.
- Provide database reports and data organization for contracts and grants.
- Account reconciliation, collection, and contract development.
- Provide accounting support and reporting as assigned.
- Process Excise /B&O Tax for city and WA state taxes.
- Process W2, 1099
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- 2 years accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
Hours : One - Two per week . One of the days could be a Saturday.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
