Job Mission
The Office Assistant and Client Service Professional provides bluefrog Plumbing + Drain® clients with courteous, professional client service to ensure that phone calls are answered and booked for appointments.
The Client Service Professional is the "first line" contact with potential customers when they call in for plumbing services. Often times these are emergency calls and require prompt action.
We are seeking an energetic and professional individual who is looking for a long-term position with a great company.
\* Using a range of software packages
\* Assisting with promotional activities
\* Receiving incoming telephone calls from prospective clients
\* Set appointments for prospective clients.
\* Responding to clients by answering service-related inquiries utilizing the correct technique needed for each situation.
\* Taking messages, where necessary, and forwarding them to the appropriate team member.
\* Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
\* Maintain Customer satisfaction 98%
\* Maintain 95% booking on prospective clients
\* Dispatching for customer excellence
- Know the skill level of each Plumbing Professional is at.
- Know the skill level needed for each potential job.
- Have the ability to communicate schedule changes needed to clients in an empathic, but efficient manner.
\* Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
\* Must be computer literate
\* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
\* Must have a professional appearance, dress, grooming, etc.
\* Strong team player, with a "can-do" attitude.
\* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\* Excellent customer services and call handling skills
\* Experience in a construction or plumbing industry a plus
\* Ability to interact effectively and professionally with employees at all levels in the organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:
- Office Assistant: 2 years (Required)
- Plumbing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
