Job Description
Pro Gear & Transmission is looking for an Order Entry Clerk. This position is responsible for order entry, answering the phone, and shipping orders. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about heavy duty truck parts and accessories and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer requirements in person or on the phone.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Arranging LTL shipments
- Counter / Phone sales
- Receive stock inventory and properly store in correct bin locations.
- Pack and ship orders
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Processing credit card / cash sales
- Add products to websites
Requirements and Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Pass drug screening, background check and MVR check
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Able to lift 50lb without assistance
- This is an onsite position
Salary is competitive and based on experience
