Essential Functions

1. Provides administrative support functions including answering and directing phone calls, and responding to email communications.
2. Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
3. Liaise with Sales & Operations teams to ensure proper documents are executed and processed through the software.
4. Assist sales and project management with preparation of orders and proposals.
5. Gather and organize materials necessary for transactions to be completed from start to finish.
6. Manage the flow of information regarding status of customer orders and deliveries, follow-up services, between office and warehouse staff.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned and needed.

3. Proficient with software programs & Microsoft Suite.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
2. At least three years’ experience in office administration.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Spanish language competence is preferred, but not required.
2. Experience in a construction company is highly ideal.
