Job Description
Our client in Keene, NH is looking for a Receptionist and Order Entry Clerk to join their team. This temp-to-hire position will have you working in the office Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm and offers $17/hour.
Once hired on, you will be eligible for their benefits package including health/dental/vision/disability/life insurance, 401k, as well as paid time off. You will also have a paid 30 min lunch break each day earning you 2.5 hours of overtime per week!
As the Receptionist and Order Entry Clerk you will be responsible for the following tasks including, but not limited to:
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
Greet and assist visitors to the office
Enter orders into the database
Assist with maintaining office supplies
Update the product ledger as needed
Filing and other clerical duties
Assist with other activities as needed
Your Skills/Qualifications for the Receptionist and Order Entry Clerk position:
High School Diploma
2+ years recent and relevant office experience
Experience answering multiline phones
Professional and pleasing customer service demeanor
Solid computer skills - strong MS office
SAGE100 familiarity is a plus
Fast and accurate data entry skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have legible handwriting
