Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where your skills and expertise will be valued and rewarded. (Please note: This is a contract position with an estimated length of 12 months)
Job Duties:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Process and manage customer orders, including data entry for invoiced purchases.
Prepare weekly packets for invoices purchased, accounts receivable activity, and reserve analysis.
Track and analyze weekly invoice information, identifying any potential risks or inconsistencies.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure timely transmission of accounting and payments reports, such as wires, ACH, A/R aging, and multiple subsidiary financial reports.
Provide timely and accurate reports to senior management as required.
Partner with customers to achieve their goals while maintaining our company's mission and values.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management regarding analysis of client business activity.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
1+ years of experience in a customer service or data entry role.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations.
