About Us:
The Foodware Group, with our two divisions: Winco and GET, is a leading supplier for the foodservice industry in flatware, tableware, displayware, and kitchen equipment. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You are the first voice our customer hears as a representative of our core values: Personal Integrity, Partnership, Passion, and Performance.
Headquartered in Lodi, New Jersey, this position will work in the Customer Service Team. Our next team member has 2+ years of experience in Customer Service and data entry.
Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Function within an energized, exciting, and fast-paced environment. Must enjoy the challenge of heavy order entry and phone volume
- Professionally and succinctly communicate through e-mails and over the phone
- Enter high volume of orders while paying close attention to various pricing programs and special delivery requests
- Perfect for a problem solver. You get to resolve order issues, back orders, product information requests and other customer concerns
- With a customer-centric approach, you will develop great relationships with customers and sales team.
- High teamwork expectations as you collaborate with the customer service team to ensure all customer needs are met in a timely manner
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist Qualifications
- Associates degree with minimum of 2 years experience
- Experience working in wholesale industry
- Expert level of organization and multi-tasking, with the ability to continually re-prioritize throughout the course of the day
- Excellent math skills to support quantity conversions during the order process
- Data entry skills with both speed and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritizes multiple tasks
- Positive and pleasant attitude to support working with customers, department staff, sales personnel and other others
- A strong sense of responsibility to follow through to fully complete tasks and go beyond to satisfy our customers
- A team player willing to collaborate with the team to ensure all department needs have been met

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
