Job Description
Tri State Auto Family currently has an opening for a part time receptionist. Our receptionists are responsible for many tasks, including delivering exceptional customer service. This entails greeting/directing our guest by phone or in person upon their visit, in a polite and friendly manner. A positive attitude and smile and the core requirements for the part time receptionist position.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the general office filing system
- Strong phone skills
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Punctual with STRONG attendance history
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis: fax machine, copy machine, printer, and computer
- Verbal and written communication
- Microsoft Office and Google intelligence
- Informing guest and other employees
