Job Description
The Account Receivable Analyst must be able to work in a fast paced high volume environment with deadlines. Possess excellent Customer Service skills and is proficient with spreadsheet creations and maintenance. Working knowledge in Word and Excel Functions. Must be able to create Pivot Tables, Vlookups, as well as other common formulas. Must be organized, goal oriented, with an innate ability to prioritize daily tasks. Must be compliant with SOX and SOP mandates. Primary duties, include deduction resolutions, collections on denied claims and past due invoices. Communicate with our Customers, Warehouse, Brokers, Vendors and Sales & Operations Team as well as any other Prestige business area by email, portals and telephone. Must be able to take on any Ad Hoc project when necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:
- · Primary contact on designated accounts, reconcile all deduction claims, collections on denied claims and past due invoices.
- · Enter credits in SAP/Vistex
- Deduction resolution is a PLUS for this role!
- Offset Trade Promotion Credits in SAP
- Navigate customer portals to retrieve supporting documentation and create repayment claims when necessary.
- Pull POD’s for shortage claims and skipped over invoices.
- Properly assure claim codes, branding sheets are accurate when posting credits
- Offset paybacks in a timely mannerMaintain excellent records for follow-up and auditing purposes.
- Qualifications:
- Ø Must have Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Ø Prior Accounts Receivable experience desired, but will train recent graduate.
- Ø Competent mathematical skills
- Ø Prior experience with SAP highly desirable.
- Ø Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ø Must have the capability to prioritize and plan to effectively meet the daily deadlines in the Department, multi tasking skills highly desirable.
- Ø Must have the capability to work in a team environment with varied departments and diverse personalities.
- Ø Must be detailed oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
Our core work hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Monday through Friday with some flexibility on either end of the day. #Hybridwork- Monday and Friday at home. Must have reliable internet service at home.
