Comprehensive Mobile is searching for a Full-Time Data Entry/Administrative Assistant
Comprehensive Mobile, one of the leading nationwide supporters of dental, hearing, vision, and podiatry providers catering to U.S. seniors, has an opportunity for a Full-Time Data Entry/Administrative Assistant
This is a wonderful position with excellent benefits and a great place to work. We are located in North Phoenix at the 101 and 7th Street. This office position is in our brand new office building. It is a warm and friendly place to work with a mission-driven team environment.
Mission: Our mission is to improve the quality of life of seniors in a professional and compassionate manner.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with:
- Data entry and data entry review
- Running and distributing reports
- Preparing various mailings and packages
- Scanning and filing documents
- Ordering/preparing marketing and convention materials
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Detail-oriented
- Highly organized
- Works well in a team and individually
- Experience with data entry
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion
- 1 former work reference
- Must pass a Federal and state background check
Compensation:
